Happy Coach's Day! 
Hello readers, last training today den its gonna be the long exams break. D: saded, even thought training is tiring but at lease we had a lot of fun sometimes and can build up our strength. HAHAHAH, i sound so Joey :/ LMAO. din do warm up run today so we had to do squats -.- WTFF?!?!!? must do until they come back from the run. den when doing it halfway, i turn around and omg. shall not explain on that.
Today's training was FUN. cos coach was videoing us, so we had to paddle up to 500m and i dk how many laps i did. He captured our last 100m charging. OKAY, it was not really that much of a charging. D: look through my videos and found something funny. LOL. pause there and starting laughing. HAHAH. had 7 videos :D maybe i'll upload some when this stupid blogger has no more problem. -.- Den water break, coach called me "bobo" dont know fer what -.- tsk, den they keep bobo here bobo there.
When down fer second set. 250m charging. Must do in pairs, so did w ex-K2 partner Tracy. (: hehehee. did like 4 sets i think den coach video again. for the first 2 rounds, !#@$%^&%$#$%^&*. Shall not explain too much here. ask me personally or on msn if you wanna know what happen. ROFL. training ended and then !@#$%^&%$@#$%^ again. hahhaha, actually quite funny. Toilet w Esther cos she says she wanna call her mother so i brought my phone. Din realy do much of the packing up. :X LOL. De-brief of coach and Mr J. den presented our present fer coach as its coach's day today :D LOL. got him a card and a adidas shirt from all of us. hahaha. and Mr J have the same shirt -.- ROFL. Next time they both can wear tgt. LOL.
De-brief ended and so we crowded around coach as he's gonna transfer our videos into our thumbdrives. HAHAHA. slacked there fer awhile. some of us ordered the canoe sports again as this time the colour veh veh nice :D skyblue and black. (L) Lunched at Tampines w Charlotte, Collette, Tracy, YiJin and Coach. :D teehee. played 1 round of WC TaiTi. wtf i keep my 5 cards so long end up no one put down -.- at lease i was not WC (: hahahahaa. okay, took some random shap shots of the videos. i'll upload the rest other time.
