12/2/2009Ytd had training at school cus coach nt free. nvrmindd,i thought land training would be boring but its quite fun. and charlotte vimoited ): did some things that we did fer normal land training then did strenth bands. its darm fun lols! lunched with Sandra,Jaime,Jolyn and 2/4 Gerealdine. Talked abt soem Mango thing and started laughting cos i started talking abt something that makes them laugh their ass off (: Aft training we all walked to ICC. camwhore on the way there (: my numbar one passion! Training
training was quite fun even thought "..." the sch nvr train today ): Took K2 as usual with Tracy, must do 6 sets of 750m and 500m charging! its hardcore tiring canxz! Capped 4 times in total today, but hor we must also trrain harder so "c" division can get champion. Like wadd Dianty always said. During one of the races. All the K2s joined togeether and the side first rowers started rowing. (me and charlotte) darm fun but tiring, imangine rowing 8 people 4 boats?! But in the finishh.

ILY <331/01/09Went fer training in the morning. very cold canxz! reached there at 8 shape. lol suppost to reach there latest by 7.45 but who cares? Training was darm tiring lurh. first round 200m charging to check boat. My stroke was always never high transfer no wonder so slow :X nvrmindd compertition coming alr must train more. Aft training went macs to eat with Kimberlyn,Charlotte,Tracy,Collette,Khali and Dianty. Played Wc taiti onces den charlotte and tracy left. so play normal taiti. we lefted. back home was darm tired so faster bath fell asleep in front of the tv. LOL!
